I'm now 19 weeks along, getting bigger by the week- I'm a little nervous to measure but I will by the 3rd of Feb which is my next OBGYN appointment & my last ultrasound- we're gonna make sure Jonathan Michael is really Jonathan Michael & not a "Marry-Ann Peppers".
And today, well, I feel awful. I could go on, but I'll leave it at that and hope that soon it will be better.
David is doing well! He's getting pieces ready for his senior recital & going every Tuesday to shadow at the local dentist office- and loving it :D
Tonight I will try to take pictures of the finished Living Room (I've made a goal to finish at least one room a month) & the project Darla helped me with last night- I sewed!! Feb. is my month for the pantry/kitchen/dinning room & hopefully I'll be able to pull it off. I'm ready for the chaos of the rest of the apartment to come together as nicely as the living room.
so, I promise, next post will have pictures/video and be much much more interesting.
here is what babycenter.com has to say about baby's development:

Your baby's sensory development is exploding! Her brain is designating specialized areas for smell, taste, hearing, vision, and touch. Some research suggests that she may be able to hear your voice now, so don't be shy about reading aloud, talking to her, or singing a happy tune if the mood strikes you.
Your baby weighs about 8 1/2 ounces and measures 6 inches, head to bottom — about the size of a large heirloom tomato. Her arms and legs are in the right proportions to each other and the rest of her body now. Her kidneys continue to make urine and the hair on her scalp is sprouting. A waxy protective coating called the vernix caseosa is forming on her skin to prevent it from pickling in the amniotic fluid.
oh dear, i hadn't even thought about the mary ann peppers fiasco. the uncles would never let you live that one down! ;)
