Yesterday David got a call saying that all our paperwork went through for our apartment & since David is paying the deposit today we should be able to move in as late as two weeks from today (the 19th?) -which is also when David gets back from NYC or it could be as early as Saturday, we should know within the week!
Things are really falling into place & for that we are SO grateful!
Now all we need to do now is to start packing!
As for today, I’m at work typing while Lango (his Aussie nickname) takes a nap. He’s making noises, but it’s only been ½ an hour so I know he’s still tired and that soon I’ll need to run back upstairs and rub his sleepy head back to sleep.
Until then, the dishes are done for now & I’m running laundry & during his afternoon nap I’ll probably start dinner- Sloppy Joes, Fancy Rice & a Salad.
…later after rubbing head, waking up, feeding him, eating lunch, going for a walk, and nap #2
The day is going by fast & I didn’t bring a book… so… I’m going to work on sorting through my computer for al my old writings to see if there is anything to salvage!
