Today

we got a lot done

and in preparation for cancelling the internet/cable (it has now trippled in price)

we watched a lot of cartoons

Dinosaur Train is the reigning favorite and thank goodness the library has a dvd

I don't think I'd be allowed to eat breakfast if I didn't have something to quietly occupy him

but we got so much done today that when daddy got home we went to the playground

that is, our apartement playground... which is more like a art/deco maze 

there isn't even a slide- I'd heard it was awful but now I know first hand

but we still did lots of running around and I think from now on we'll stick to Penny Park

thank you again Uncle Nathan for the boots, he's LOVING stomping around in them

it took 10, maybe 15 mins for him to say, "go home"

but we really walked up and down the sidewalk for another 20 mins 

because it was so nice to be outside in the fresh air
